I started my career in the recruitment industry as a consultant and have been fortunate enough to build and buy some of the most innovative and market leading recruitment businesses. Recruitment is in my blood.
I hold great passion for SMEs and enjoy building successful businesses, investing in people rather than just their ideas. The UK Recruitment market is predominately populated by SMEs and houses some excellent entrepreneurs.
I take great pleasure in helping people and their business to grow and achieve their ambitions, but it has become apparent that the necessary support to do that has not always been available.
