About us

HB RIDA is a joint initiative between Hamilton Bradshaw Private Equity (www.hamiltonbradshaw.com) and The Recruitment Industry Development Agency (www.rida.uk.com). Due to demand, the parties came together to create an initiative that focused on advisory and consultancy services within the recruitment sector, with the aim to develop a unique set of development programmes to assist recruitment business owners to grow and develop their own recruitment firms and if required, to lead them to a successful exit once certain business levels and milestones (namely EBIT) have been achieved.

HB RIDA is chaired by James Caan, the pioneer behind Alexander Mann Group and Humana Recruitment Joint-Venture Programme, as well as being one the "dragons" on the BBC's Dragons Den, with the organisation being led by Helen Reynolds. It is backed by a £2mil development capital fund, specifically for SMEs

HB RIDA uses hands on experience to help organisations realise their strategy, harnessing their vision to create the journey map that's right for the business and its owners. Its combined 250 years experience of the Recruitment Industry means that we are able to help clients deliver their strategies through transformational business change.

It has taken the time to engage with a variety of business associates to create an organisation that has harnessed the best talents in the Recruitment Industry, all in one place, making these extraordinary individuals available for you and your business.

Our programmes have been written by Hamilton Bradshaw and RIDA to give you the Business owner, the inside track to creating value in your organisation.
